We are planning to add a "Receipt" object to CRM 2011 On-Line to report expenses incurred in customer projects as well as internal expenses to be reimbursed back to employee. We are using PDF as the format for the scanned receipts and would like to attach those to the Receipt entity in CRM, either as note or through Sharepoint. What we would like to have is to get a report out of CRM which either has those PDFs embedded in the report or links to the PDFs in sharepoint. Or any other approach to get these easily accessible for the administration people who cannot spend a lot of time clicking and finding these in CRM. We could also change the scanned document from pdf to eg jpg if that helps.
Any good ideas on how to get this solved?
