Need CRM Form Column Label Solution

I need to add a number of Column labels on my CRM form.  We are currently using dummy DB fields for this purpose, but thought there has got to be a better way.  I found this solution:

but for the number of labels I have to do, this would be pretty tedious.  Just wondering if anyone has a better solution.
