Hi,
For our Case Management system, customer facing contact email is actually Distribution List (DL), this way emails send by customer comes to mailboxes of members of DL.
For processing these emails we have configured CRM to connect to one of the member's mailbox using Server Side Sync.
Now the Problem that we are facing is when email comes from Customer it gets recipient email address as DL email address and which does not get processed by Server Side Sync because Server Side Sync process email sent mailbox email address and not to DL email address.
Is there any settings in CRM to tell Server Side Sync to read email which are there in mailbox but having different recipient email address?
