Dynamics CRM 2016 Online: Mandatory Fields default focus ordering issue

Hello Champs,

Need help. I created a Form in dynamics CRM and added custom entity’s mandatory attributes fields in the FORM like

1. Phone Number
2. Name
3. Description. (Datatype = MulitLineText)

The issue is that when I am going to create a new record or save the record it sets default focus on Description instead of Phone Number. Kindly note that the Description attributes data type is Multi Line Text. It is just happing with the multiline text field even if we change the order and this is occurring on MS Dynamics CRM 2016 Online.

Please let me know if anyone able to find a solution for this.<o:p></o:p>
