I have an on-premise CRM instance which is recently upgraded from 2011 to 2016 in multiple steps. When I open a contact form in the outlook client, I receive the following error:
Unable to get property 'Initialize' of undefined or null reference.
The machine has Office 2010 and IE11 installed. It works without problem from browser. I debugged the error, and found out that the following call is failing during form load: Mscrm.BusinessRulesScript.Initialize(). I do not have any business rules on the form. Is it a known issue? If yes, how can I fix it?
