View used to display records in cross entity Business Process flow.

We have designed a cross entity Business Process flow that moves from Case(current entity) to Email entity.

On clicking on Next stage (to move to email entity), it is listing down all the emails that are associated with that case. We need to change the order and filter the emails that are being listed.

Please let me know your suggestions to identify the view that is being used for displaying record list in Business Process Flow.
