Ribbon Menu Issue on Appointment Form

Hi everyone,

I was created a custom button on appointment form when I edit its enabled rule and update the solution using "Ribbon Workbentch". now ribbon menu is not showing on appointment form.

My Solution had only appointment entity and I have not exported solution.

Now, What I can do to recover Ribbon menu on appointment form.

I'm using CRM 2011 on-premises.

If any one have any idea please share with me.
