Not able to start debugger and run table in MS Dynamics 2013 R2

Hello MSDN Dynamics Team.,

Debugger and run tab is not working in MS Dynamics NAV Development Environment. I am new in MS Dynamics and trying to fix the two errors below in the event viewer.
