Microsoft Platform Ready Test for testing CRM 2011 on premise

We have customized a CRM 2011, obtaining an application (BlueBird for Marketing - Marketing Centric CRM) and now we are trying to test it.

We have tried to simulate a testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise, using “Microsoft Platform Ready Test”, but it’s available only an option for CRM 2011 Online.

So, be so kind and tell me how can we test our application for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise?
