Hi,
I have a SLA on Case(CRM 2016) which is to be run on created on date and send a warning email after a certain time. But when it is about to send an email it encounters an error(snapshots below).
The error message is "transactionCurrencyId needs to be supplied to format a transaction money field". Currency field is already set on Case.
Any help on this is appreciated.
