Hi, I'm trying to get an xsd of the crm 2011 metadata. I am currently using CrmSvcUtil to get classes. Xsd.exe fails when you try and convert to a schema because on interfaces. I think there's a way to extend the tool to use it to render a schema but its probably allot of work. I'm not a CRM developer so I'm interested in easy ways to get the schema before trying to customise the tool.
I need a schema of strongly typed entities because I'm looking at strongly typed integration from BizTalk. I'm seeing posts from MVPs talking about strong typing with CRM 2011 sdk using classes. This isn't great in BizTalk because it rules out all use of BizTalk tooling and bypasses all or BizTalk messaging.
Any ideas most appreciated. I'm looking to build a BizTalk adapter. All integration can then be strongly typed.
