If-then on CRM

In CRM, I am trying to link the opportunity stage with the probability.

For example, if Opportunity Stage Equals Cancelled then Probability (Should) Equals "0"

I have attached a screen shot, showing I am able to set up the ifs, but I am not sure how to get the "thens."

Any help would be appreciated.
