Is it possible to write batch jobs (either a workflow or in c# .NET) for CRM 2016 online?
For example, I would like to have a batch job that checks activity dates, and where the activity created date is > 3 days ago, and then send an email to the regarding contact of that activity. I would like this to run nightly.
Is this possible?
