How to get image of Contact dynamically on CRM form from Physical Hard Drive Path

Dear All,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and I want to my user to add contact picture through browsing from their local drive, for that I want to add button on from and on click of that button a brows window will appear form that user can link Image.

Can any body help me to perform this action?
