We use CRM 2011 online for our sales process. And we use Google Calendar for appointments. If we add a new Activity (for example a Task, Phone Call, Appointment) to an Opportunity in CRM, then an appointment should be created in the Google Calendar of the owner of the CRM's Opportunity. Updating and deleting an Activity under an Opportunity should also result in an updated or deleted appointment in the Opportunity owners Google Calendar.
What is the easiest way to achieve this?
