CRM 2011 deadlock issues

Hi All,

I am frequently getting deadlocks for the below query ar CRM 2011 SQL Server end.

Query execution time of 28.3 seconds exceed the threshold of 10 seconds. Update [ActivityPointerBase] set [RegardingObjectIdName]=@RegardingObjectIdName0 where ([RegardingObjectId] = @RegardingObjectId0 and [RegardingObjectTypeCode] = @RegardingObjectTypeCode0)

Please share me any valuable information regarding the above deadlock issue.
