Plugin Registration Tool and Home Realm Url

Hi

I am having IFD CRM with 2 STS (ADFS) Servers. Now when I try to connect Plug-in registration tool it does not get conencted and it throws error as "Inner Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException: ID3242: The security token could not be authenticated or authorized."

I think problem is due to 2 STS servers, however Plug-in registration tool does not provide option to enter Home Realm URL so I am kind of stuck.

How to resolve this problem?
