CRM 2011: Send Direct Email not working for multiple records?

CRM 2011 UR 13 installed

I build a custom view of contact records, Select ONE of the records, click the button to 'Send Direct Email'.  Select the email template, use the 'Selected Records on Current Page' option.  This works and sends an email to the contact.

if I select more than one record, or all records on the page, it DOES NOT work.  I can pick the 'Selected Records...' or either of the 'All Records...' options, and it does not create the email activity.

Our users have used this successfully in the past, but it doesn't seem to work since the UR 13 update.  Not sure if that is the problem or not, but I know it worked back in January before we updated, but now it does not.

Ideas?  Anyone else seen this?
