cannot find SdkTypeProxy

I'm trying to create a simple plugins as directing by msdn site. I could not find theMicrosoft.Crm.SdkTypeProxy.dll in the sdk/bin/ or Server\i386\GAC.

How could I add this reference to visual studio.
