Error When Saving Accounts After Installing Solution - Help!

I installed the Assistance Software PSA solution from a certified Dynamics partner.  Now when I attempt to save an account, if I put any information in certain address fields such as street address 1 or city, I get an error message.  Please see log details below.  Any suggestions?!  Thanks!!!
