CRM 2011: retrieve data from an entity in other entity with no relationship using lookup value in javascript

Hi

I have 2 entities, Entity A and Entity B. There is no relationship between A & B. There is a lookup field in Entity B

I want to retrieve specific data of Entity B from Entity A using the name value ( not lookup id) of the look up using javascript in A onload.

Can anybody help with the appropriate query? like "?$filter=".....???????
