I have an entity with 20 questions, each question needs to have 4 sections
1. Video clip
2. Comment section with rich text editor (tried lot of javascript that was already there but none worked for me)
3. Section to show list of documents regarding each question
4. Note field(for each question) where they can attach documents regarding that question
Please let me know a way to achieve all these things
