CRM 2013 - Showing Non-Associated Entity View in Main Form

Hi,

I have requirement where on Opportunity form, I have to show all the Priority 1 Cases (incidents) which are associated with Opportunity.Account. As there is no direct relationship between Opportunity and Case I cannot pull Cases on Opportunity form as Sub-Grid.

Could you please suggest how to do this in CRM 2013?
