Are there Any third party search tool available that will allow me to search Across Multiple Entity all together with Narrow down the results to specific Entity views??
I mean i did some investigation with
1) Advanced Find tool (CRM inbuilt),
2) Power search tool(mscrm-addons),
3) Power Global Search tool (Power Objects) and
4) Global Search tool(Akvelon)
But what i find is Only Advanced find search tool has capability to search across predefined Entity views. but it can not search across multiple entity all together. I mean we have to search one entity at a time.
All other 3 tools can search between multiple entity all together, but they can not use existing users views from Entity, they do provide some feature to save their result views , but those views will not appear on Entity view lists. I could be wrong here.
can any one assist on this scenario whether these tools can do it using some tricks or there are some other tools available for that??
