I have installed SP1 for CRM 2013 and am trying to use the new SLA functionality.
I created an SLA with two SLA items - one for first response, the other for resolution.
I activated the SLA and set it as the default.
I then tried to create a case to test the SLA but got this error:

Sync workflow 'SLA3' terminated with error TimeTrackingCacheLoader Operation encountered some errors
Does anyone know what this means, or how to resolve the problem?
