Adding user to the Active Directory and CRM too but that doesnt work?

I have created a user in AD and then created a user in CRM when i try to login through that account this gives me the error 



How did i add user in AD is given below

There is a folder name CRMDEV there which contains the groups 

I have created a user there and added SQLAccessGroup, PrivUserGroup to it and then created a user there in CRM with exact name but when i try to login using that user it gives me the error mentioned above. 

I tried to add user to the general user folder which contains administrator and all other groups but still getting the same error.

I do not know why I am getting this error ? what i am doing wrong here?
