CRM 2013 - Unable to input data in a field

Hello,

We are using CRM 2011 On-Premise and will be migrating to 2013 On-Premise soon. Right now we are testing if all customization is working correctly on a test CRM 2013 website.

We have three custom fields which is a lookup type on the Task entity. For some very weird reason all of these three fields are not available for data input on the form. There is no customization on the field. There is a 1 to N relationship between these fields. So field 1 has 1:N relation with field 2 and field 2 has 1:N relationship with field 3. We tried using both of the "Task" and "Information" forms but still no success. These fields are enable for data input just fine on the CRM 2011 version.

Does anyone have similar problem to this or have any suggestions where to troubleshoot?
