Just wondered if it was possible to 'reset' all customisations on an entity, as in effectively restoring the entity to factory settings?
I ask because we've had a few problems with our Service Activity entity (previous question asked here) and wondered
if the entire entity has somehow got corrupt during an upgrade - we did upgrade from CRM 4.0 to 2011 and I've not really touched Service Activity since then until now, but it is something that we are really keen to use. The 'schedule' button does nothing
when clicked at the minute but I know that it did work prior to the upgrade which is what made me think the upgrade has perhaps caused this although I'm far from certain.
I thought that 'resetting' or 'restoring' the entity may sort the issue if there is corruption somewhere? Again though I'm not sure so any help/advice would be appreciated.
