Hi we've just implemented our own hosted CRM 2011 environment and I have a workflow process that I created that automatically converts an email into a case when a new email hits the specified queue. It works fine in that mode, but there are times when I also want to run it "on-demand" (mainly for testing purposes). I've checked the On-Demand box in the workflow dialog but for some reason it won't show up in the Run Workflow window (actually there's nothing in the Run Workflow window, it acts like there are none defined).
I'm guessing there's a system setting somewhere that perhaps has this turned off? I'm setup as a system administrator so I should have all the rights I need.
