crm 2011 to crm 2013

Hi,

We are doing an upgrade from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013  and the approach we have choosen was  running an import organization using the deferred table merge.<o:p></o:p>

Does any one has information on  regkey 'NumThreadsForParallelMerge'  which is used to increase the no of parallel threads in merging the tables.<o:p></o:p>

The question here is  how this will help? <o:p></o:p>

will it take each table and run on multiple threads and compelte the initial table and move to the next?
or run each table on different parallel threads ?
