I have a bit confuse about Dynamics CRM Mobile App that available in windows store or google playstore or apple store and Dynamics CRM Mobile SDK https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm/mobilesdk.aspx ?

Can we custom Dynamics CRM Mobile App using Mobile SDK? or Mobile SDK only for build mobile app from scratch purpose?
