MS CRM 2015 Data Import -The lookup reference could not be resolved

Hi,

I am getting above error while importing Opportunity data in DEV Environment.

Although 'Targeted'  Account is available in CRM (Account Name is also correct).

I tried with AccountId,Account Name to solve the issue.But its giving same error.

Please suggest.
